Yo Everyone.

So less than a week until I make the big hike to my college. AHHHHHHHHHH. So much to dooooooo. Hopefully I'll get most of my packing done this weekend and finish my 'Sounds of the River" art project soon. If it comes out good I'll be able to meet the author and have lunch with him with 9 other people. Thought I'd give it a go. Definitely check out the book. It is by Da Chen and is a memoir about his time in college in Beijing during the early 80's.


I'm also working on a colab with the Awesome and my newest friend involving Bleach characters as Greek Gods/Heroes/Titans.

Rukia/Artemis = Just needs to be colored and scanned
Unohana/Hestia = Just needs to be colored and scanned
Ichigo/Hercules = 50% done with sketch
Soi Fon/ Demeter
Aries/Renji
Yoruichi/Athena

Possibly want to look into adding a few extras in there such as Uryuu as Icarus or Eros, Orihime as Persephone, and Kon as Acteon but those are all tenative on how much time I have in the coming weeks and the availability of a scanner.

Some advice to those who actually read my journals out there:

• Don't pick up a kitten that is for sale at a flee market. It probably is sick.
• Putting salt on ice and then placing it on your skin WILL hurt NO MATTER what.
• If you see strawberries in somebody's fridge that isn't yours, they are probably over ripe and moldy by now. True Story.
